Bangalore, December 15, 2022 – Finonyx Software Solutions, today announced that it has won Best Core Banking Implementation – Best Project Implementation Awards at the IBSi Global Fintech Innovation Award 2022. Jumhouria Bank, Libya on boarded Finonyx as the strategic partner to deliver their core banking upgrade program. The teams from Finonyx and Jumhouria ensured a smooth transition from legacy core banking system to the latest version of the Oracle’s core banking solution – Oracle FLEXCUBE.
The award recognizes and validates the customer centered approach that Finonyx follows in each of their delivery
assignments. This allows Finonyx to develop and follow an approach that is unique to every bank.
The Jumhouria upgrade project involved transition from a dual core system ecosystem to a unified solution that can support both Conventional and Islamic Banking across retail and corporate banking.
Finonyx was adjudged a winner after evaluating the project on multiple parameters which included the Program complexity, Program Governance, Best practices & Tools adopted, and finally the Customer Impact.
